I am happy with this service, I tried the promo send 3x for free after the free trial I still continued to use this app bc the exchange rate is little bit higher compare to others. Also the customer service is very helpful. The only down side is that if u make a mistake of the receivers name they are not able to fix it for you over the phone so u have to cancel the transaction and resend. Also, there is only one option the money can only be pick up at Cebuana branch.
Be careful
This happened to me 2 times already that I send the money then after few seconds it will tell you that the transfer was cancelled. The worst part is they took your money and your refund will not be available after 2-3days. Cebuana quiks claimed that the receiving bank cancelled the transaction and they don't have the answer as to why. I checked with the receiving bank and they are stating they never cancel any transfers from abroad as long as the acct. number is correct which in my case was correct. Just a peace of advise be careful because you don't wanna be in a position that you send the money coz' there's emergency with your family and they will not even get it on time. Something is fishy with this trick that this company is doing. Just my thought. BEWARE......
